Glenn Franco Simmons

Glenn Franco Simmons grew up in a small, forested valley on the very rural North Coast of California. He became a Bahá’í at 17. Glenn worked in Humboldt and Del Norte counties for most of his life; much of it as an editor and later as a publisher/editor. For 10 years, he and his wife Kathleen lived in Cupertino, Calif., where Glenn became known as The Flower Photographer of Silicon Valley. It was in Cupertino, Calif., that Glenn began using Bahá’í writings with his photos. After a decade there, they moved to Carson City, where Kathleen was born and had lived much of her life. Glenn misses The Redwood Coast, but he has had a fascination with Nevada history for 31 years, stemming from his first visit to Virginia City. Please feel free to download these photos. Most are 1920x1280 in dimension, but would not make good prints. For prints, please visit https://pixels.com/profiles/2-bahaiwritings-asart.
